6/27/15 Sen. John Boozman (R-AR) Delivers GOP Address on Funding America's Military

In the Weekly Republican Address, Senator John Boozman of Arkansas talks about the importance of funding America’s military, despite efforts by Senate Democrats to hold the Fiscal Year 2016 defense spending bill hostage in an effort to get more money for agencies that have abused their power, such as the IRS. “Unfortunately, Senate Democrats are working to stop funding these priorities that will keep the men and women of our military safe, protect our nation against security threats, and help us fight violence around the world, ”says Boozman, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee. “This strategy to avoid Senate debate of the Defense Appropriations bill risks serious damage to our national and global security.”
